MADE FROM THE FINEST MATERIAL ON EARTH

A solid block of aluminum, a super powerful rare-earth magnet, and a precision machined stainless steel ball are the components that make the FIRE-STOP VALVE the “standard by which all others will be judged”.

APPROVED TO NEW STANDARDS

The FIRE-STOP VALVE is approved to ASCE-25-97, the NEW national standard regarding earthquake-actuated gas shut-off valves.

ONLY ONE INTERNAL MOVING PART

The stainless steel ball is the only internal part. It is set into the ready position by the rare-earth magnet that is positioned outside of the valve body, under the faceplate. This magnet is key to the FIRE-STOP VALVES “wrench free” operation as it allows the homeowner an easy way to turn the gas on or off.

SIGHT GLASS ON/OFF INDICATOR

The hermetically sealed sight glass, located on the top of the valve, makes it easy to see whether the valve is set or off.

TOOL FREE OPERATION

To reset or turn the valve off, simply follow the instructions on the faceplate. It’s fast and easy, even in bad weather or poor lighting conditions. If after resetting the valve, a gas leak is detected, the valve can be quickly turned off to prevent explosion or fire.
